[Accra, Ghana] – The ESDEV Foundation Africa, in collaboration with its esteemed partner, Accra Technical University, proudly announces the generous support extended by the Vanuatu Trade Commission towards the organization of the 2024 Africa Regional Conference on Education and Skills Development (#ARCEDS). This was contained in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Accra Technical University and the Vanuatu Trade Commission Ghana in partnership with the African Diaspora Central Bank (ADCB) on Friday, 10th May, 2024, at the University Council Chamber. The ARC-EDS is set to take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra. This Conference promises to be a pivotal event in the realm of education and skill development.
Aligned with the vision of the Government and People of Vanuatu, the primary objective of the Conference is to advocate for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) as a viable solution to combat unemployment and foster skill enhancement across Africa. Through strategic partnerships and innovative approaches, ARC-EDS aims to stimulate dialogue, exchange best practices, and chart actionable pathways towards a more resilient and prosperous future for the Continent.
