Youth unemployment continues to be a bane to many African governments and has been the cause of instability in recent years on the Continent. The overall objective of ESDEV Coaching and Mentorship Advisory for Employment (CaMAE) programme is to enhance the opportunities and potentials of African youth to be active contributors to the socio-economic development of the Continent.

Our programmes afford seamless transfer of knowledge from mentors to mentees in an ecosystem of continuous and guided learning. Our experienced coaches and mentors drawn from around the world, provide insights that prepare young people for gainful employment.
